Marukame, which was founded in the Taisho era and currently has three stores in Hokkaido, including the New Chitose Airport Store, that produce, process and sell wild caught salmon, mainly autumnal salmon from Hokkaido, has launched the "Okachi DEFINITELY Hokkaido - Salmon Gohan Special" website on its e-commerce site.
Tokishirazu salmon is in season this time of year, which is caught in early summer (May to July). Tokishirazu is different from autumn salmon in that it has a lot of fat and is a great way to enjoy its tasty sashimi.
Grilled and ready to eat, you can enjoy the natural flavor of salmon with a slight saltiness.
